Licensed for over a decade, my passion for real estate began nearly 30 years ago when I started investing in and renovating homes. Today, I combine that hands-on experience and deep market knowledge with Engel & Völkers’ cutting-edge tools and global reach to deliver exceptional results for my clients. I have represented buyers and sellers in a wide range of transactions, including residential sales, land purchases, 1031 exchanges, historic and investment properties, vacation homes, and first-time home purchases. I take pride in offering trusted guidance, skilled negotiation, and unwavering integrity throughout every step of the process. Before real estate, I built a career in marketing at Warner Bros., where I developed strong skills in strategic planning, communication, and client service—all of which continue to inform and strengthen my work today. A fourth-generation Californian, I grew up in the San Marino/Pasadena area and later settled in Newbury Park, where I raised my three children. I am deeply connected to both the San Gabriel and Conejo Valleys, and I value the relationships and community ties I’ve built over the years. Giving back is a meaningful part of my life. I am actively involved with Kiwanis of Thousand Oaks, Manna Conejo Valley Food Bank, Descanso Gardens, The Gamble House, and Special Olympics. Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me.
